After several years of saying “one day” to a new backyard, our “Forest Oasis” client in Redmond finally chose to invest in their home with the help of Alderwood Landscape architects. The goal was to create functional outdoor living with beautiful landscaping that complemented the surrounding forest.
Before construction, the backyard consisted of a small patio, tired landscape, and very limited entertaining space. Our landscape architects were able to turn this bland landscape into a family backyard resort on budget and in just 12 weeks!
Now the Redmond landscape features a large stone patio with an outdoor kitchen, TV, custom lighting, modern fire pit, and dining space--perfect for hosting large gatherings of family and friends.
A custom water feature with a stone bridge and multi-level waterfall, secondary fire pit, hot tub, LED lighting, and lush plantings for evenings under the stars complete this Redmond backyard resort.
