Cottage Grove, a new gated community, was nothing but dirt and trees before it was developed into the high-end neighborhood it is today. A new community needs to make a great first impression, and we were honored to be chosen to make this impact with future residents.
The job encompassed entry statements with luxurious water features, winding pathways throughout the development, and HOA-maintained common areas designed to indicate a laid-back approach to living in town.
The developer of Cottage Grove was already familiar with Alderwood’s work and enlisted the help of our team to develop and execute an amazing design.
After the design was approved, construction lasted a total of 25 weeks. The entire project was completed on time and on budget. This project involved extensive coordination with several subcontractors and various vested parties. The coordination between everyone was a challenge, but our experienced project managers handled it perfectly and the end result was worth the extra time spent.
Custom entry gates and stunning water features draw the attention of passersby and welcome home the new residents of Cottage Grove. Once inside the gates, residents can enjoy leisurely strolls along the winding paths, admiring the water features and combination of established pine trees and newly planted ornamental landscape plantings. This neighborhood has become one of the nicest areas in town and its homes are much sought-after. With a beautiful community and easy access to dining and shopping, Cottage Grove has become a popular spot for ‘snowbird’ residents of the region.
