This family wanted semi-formal, Mediterranean landscaping to match the design of their brand new home. While our clients did not have a specific design in mind, they knew they wanted a water feature, hot tub area, fire pit, see-through fencing to preserve the views, and an expansive open lawn area.
Since concrete can be a long-term maintenance concern, Alderwood uses unsealed Belgard Pavers almost exclusively on our projects. Belgard Pavers are maintenance-free and remain beautiful for decades. Our clients loved the resulting natural flow between the elements and open yard space.
Our team’s design incorporated a circle driveway and Mediterranean-style entrance. The formal front yard is blended into and balanced with a softer, more organic design in the backyard and perimeter of the estate.
After the design was finalized, construction took 12 weeks to complete. The entire project was completed on time and on budget.
