Though small, this Bothell backyard became a gorgeous outdoor living space.

When meeting with Alderwood, these homeowners had a list of expectations for their outdoor space, and our skilled team met each one of them. The clients wanted to get the most out of the area, including an office shed, outdoor living space, and hot tub, while still saving plenty of room for the kids' playground.

When our architects started drafting the design, they made sure to compliment the modern style of the home and created a courtyard-like area to separate the entertaining and kids spaces. A modified core-drill water feature cancels out nearby road noise and provides a beautiful focal point for this quaint lot.

Overall, the project turned out exactly how the clients were hoping, and they were thrilled! Now they can enjoy both working and playing in their backyard resort.
